Returns Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPPED PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:


Bristol Sinks Inc. will replace all damaged or incorrectly shipped product within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect the sink/faucet within this timeline and report any damage or shipping error by calling 1-800-930-0214. For any damaged sink/faucet incident, pictures must be taken of the damage and sent to sales@bristolsinks.com in order for a determination to be made by Bristol to replace and arrange the return of the damaged product to Bristol. Damaged or incorrectly shipped product will be replaced at the time the report is made, and pictures received, as long as the specified timeframe of 7 days is met. 


SINK RETURN POLICY:


Bristol Sinks Inc. will accept returns of unwanted sinks within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Prior to return, please contact the order desk at 1-800-930-0214 to advise the reason for the return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by Bristol Sinks Inc. The sink(s) must be returned to Bristol Sinks Inc. in undamaged, unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. All returned items are subject to inspection before a credit is issued. All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%” plus shipping costs.


FAUCET RETURN POLICY:


Bristol Sinks Inc. will accept returns of unwanted faucets within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The faucet(s) must be returned to Bristol Sinks Inc. in undamaged, unopened and unused condition with original packaging and accessories included. **Please Note if the faucet has been installed, it cannot be returned.** If the faucet is defective, please contact Bristol Sinks Inc. directly at 1-800-930-0214 and press the technical support line. We will also require pictures or a video emailed to sales@bristolsinks.com, demonstrating the faucet issue. Once we receive your call & email, we can determine the problem and provide an immediate resolution.


DO NOT call the dealer from whom you originally purchased the faucet as they do not PROVIDE the warranty on your Bristol product.
