Welcome to www.bristolsinks.com (the “Site”). Bristol Sinks provides you with access to the Site subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement’). Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using this Site, you agree without restriction to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to follow and be bound by this Agreement, you may not access, use or download materials from this Site.

Bristol Sinks reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement as revised. For this reason, we encourage you to review this Agreement each time you use this Site. This Agreement was last revised on January 26, 2010.

Account Registration

Some of the functions of this Site may require the creation of an account with us. As part of the registration process, visitors will select a User Name and Password, along with registration information, which must be accurate and updated. You may not select or use a User Name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person or use a User Name in which another person has rights without such person's authorization. Failure to comply with the above shall constitute a breach of this Agreement, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You agree to take reasonable measures to protect the security of your password.

You are responsible for all usage or activity on your account, including the use of the account by any third party authorized by you to use your User Name and Password. You shall notify Bristol Sinks of any known or suspected unauthorized use(s) of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or any other relevant registration details provided.

THIS SITE CONTAINS INFORMATION CONCERNING BRISTOL SINKS THAT MAY BE USEFUL TO OUR CUSTOMERS, EMPLOYEES, AS WELL AS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. HOWEVER, BRISTOL SINKS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY OBLIGATION TO UPDATE SAID INFORMATION.

Warranties

All Stainless Steel Sinks and Porcelain Sinks come with our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Strainers and all Accessories Have a One Year Warranty.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time varies depending on location, the number of items ordered and availability. Typical delivery from the time of ordering is 2 to 5 business days.

Return Policy

  • Sink Return Policy

Sinks can be returned up to 45 days after the original purchase. The sink must be in unused condition with original packaging and all accessories included before a credit is issued. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost is not refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns will not be accepted without contacting us in writing first.

  • Faucet Return Policy

Bristol will accept returns of unopened and sealed faucets up to 45 days after purchase. Credit will be issued once it is returned and inspected by Bristol. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. There will be a 20% restocking fee as well. If the faucet has been installed it cannot be returned. If the faucet is defective,  Bristol will attempt to fix the issue by viewing the picture/video & speaking with the client over the phone and/ or sending out a replacement part. If the faucet cannot be repaired via this method, then a replacement faucet will be sent out.

Installed Sinks

Once an item is installed it is considered to be acceptable by the purchaser and no claim for damage may be made against Bristol Sinks. Should any fault occur after installation, please notify Bristol Sinks and review our warranty policy.

Damaged on Delivery

Please check the condition of items shipped carefully and notify Bristol Sinks immediately if damaged. Claims for damaged goods cannot be accepted if notification for damages is not reported within 48 Hours of Delivery.
